Contact TripoSIM support from the app or the TripoSIM contact page, and say which app and roughly when you asked for the code. Never share the code itself with anyone who asks for it.
Most slow codes come down to four things: the number typed without +1, the TripoSIM app offline or with notifications off, asking for the code several times in a row, or not using the call option. Check those first, then follow the app's own steps, such as Telegram delivering the code inside Telegram or Discord's 24 to 48 hour timeout. If it still does not come, contact TripoSIM support.
