Terms of use and US number conditions
What this site is responsible for, and a plain-English summary of the conditions TripoSIM applies to the US number.
USVirtualNumbers.com gives information about the TripoSIM US Virtual Number and links to TripoSIM's checkout. The number itself is sold and run by TripoSIM under its US-number conditions, version 2026-10-v1: plans renew until you cancel, payments are not refunded except for non-delivery or where local law requires, and the number is released after the hold period.
Who runs this site and the service
USVirtualNumbers.com and TripoSIM are operated by BroadNet Technologies LLC, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with an office in New Jersey, United States. This site gives information and links to TripoSIM's checkout; it does not sell, bill or support the number itself. Your contract for the number is with TripoSIM.
Using this site
- Information, not a contract. We keep prices and conditions accurate and dated on the product facts page, but TripoSIM's checkout and conditions are the final word at the time you buy.
- Other services. When we describe WhatsApp, banks or other apps, we report TripoSIM's product facts and tests. That is not an endorsement by those services.
- Tools. The cost calculator, fit checker and app check give guidance from the data on this site. They are not advice for your particular account.
- Corrections. If something here is wrong or out of date, contact TripoSIM support with the page address. Fact changes are logged on the updates page.
TripoSIM's US-number conditions, summarised
This is a plain-English summary of the conditions TripoSIM publishes on its US number page (version 2026-10-v1, checked October 28, 2026). If anything differs, TripoSIM's text applies.
- Price and renewal
- $100 a year paid upfront, or $12.99 a month. The plan renews automatically until you cancel the renewal before the renewal date.
- Cancelling
- Turn off renewal in the app at any time. The number keeps working until the end of the year or month you paid for.
- Start and ID check
- Right after payment you complete a short ID check (photo ID and selfie, about 2 minutes), then choose your number, and it is set up straight away. By paying you ask for the service to start immediately.
- Your number
- TripoSIM rents you the number while your plan is active. If the plan ends or a renewal is not paid, the number is suspended and kept 30 days (90 days on the monthly plan), then released. A released number may go to someone else and cannot be recovered.
- Calls and minutes
- 300 outgoing minutes a month to US and Canadian numbers, each call rounded up to the next full minute; unanswered calls are free. Incoming calls are fair use up to 300 minutes a month, then callers reach voicemail until the monthly reset. Top-ups are 100 minutes for $5, non-refundable, valid while the number is active.
- Texts and emergencies
- You can receive texts from US and Canadian senders; you cannot send texts. The number cannot call 911 or any emergency service.
- Allowed use
- Personal and small-business use only. No spam, robocalls, call centres, harassment, fraud or illegal activity. TripoSIM may suspend the number without refund if this rule is broken.
- Where you can use it
- Not sold to residents of, or for use in, sanctioned countries. You are responsible for following the laws on internet calling in the country where you use the app.
- Changes
- TripoSIM may update the conditions with notice. Your price and allowances stay fixed for the period you have already paid for.
Refunds and cooling-off
For the US number, payments are not refunded, including after you cancel and for unused time or minutes. There are two exceptions:
- a full refund if TripoSIM cannot deliver your number within 72 hours, and
- any refund the law of your country requires.
Because the number starts right away, where a cooling-off (withdrawal) right applies, you lose it once the number is delivered. TripoSIM's separate refund policy page describes eSIM purchases (for example unused eSIMs within 30 days); the US-number rules above come from the conditions on the US number page. Liability and governing law
TripoSIM's terms of service limit BroadNet Technologies LLC's liability for indirect or consequential losses to the extent the law allows, and say they are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, with disputes handled by the courts there. Nothing on this site limits rights you have under the law of your country.
