Privacy
This site collects as little as possible. Your purchase, ID check and number are handled by TripoSIM under its privacy policy.
USVirtualNumbers.com sets no cookies, has no forms and does not ask for personal information; it counts page views with cookie-free Cloudflare Web Analytics. When you buy, TripoSIM collects your account, payment and ID-check details under its own privacy policy. To access or delete your data, email [email protected].
Who is responsible
USVirtualNumbers.com and TripoSIM are operated by BroadNet Technologies LLC, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with an office in New Jersey, United States. For privacy questions about either, email [email protected].
What this site collects
- No cookies, no forms, no accounts. The site does not set cookies or store anything in your browser, and it never asks for your name, email or phone number. The tools (cost calculator, fit checker, app check) run in your browser and send nothing to us.
- Page-view counts. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts pages viewed, referring sites, country and device type without cookies or cross-site tracking.
- Hosting. Cloudflare serves the site and processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect it.
- Links to TripoSIM. Links to TripoSIM's checkout carry tags such as
utm_source=usvirtualnumbersand the page you clicked from. They tell TripoSIM which page sent a visit; they do not identify you.
What TripoSIM collects when you buy
When you continue to checkout you are on triposim.com, and TripoSIM's privacy policy applies. According to that policy and the US-number conditions, TripoSIM collects:
- Account details: your name, email address and a hashed password.
- Payment details: handled by Stripe, which receives your card details directly. TripoSIM keeps a payment reference, not your full card number.
- ID check: a photo ID and a selfie, which the US-number conditions say are required for US phone numbers. TripoSIM's privacy policy does not yet describe this data separately; ask [email protected] how long it is kept and who processes it.
- App and device data: push-notification tokens and a device identifier so calls and alerts reach you, plus technical data such as IP address and device model.
- Support messages you send to TripoSIM.
TripoSIM says it does not sell personal information, and shares it only with providers that run the service (such as payments, hosting and notifications) and where the law requires.
How long data is kept
TripoSIM's policy says account information is kept while your account is active, and order and payment records for up to 7 years for tax and accounting, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Your data may be processed outside your country, including in the United Arab Emirates, with safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict some processing, and withdraw consent. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority. To use these rights, email [email protected], or delete your account in the TripoSIM app or website under Settings → Delete Account. Deleting your account is permanent; order records are kept, anonymised, for the legal retention period.
Children
This site is not aimed at children, and TripoSIM says its service is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, we update it and note the change on the updates page. TripoSIM says it emails registered users about significant changes to its own policy.
